Training

Our management team is invested in employee development, both for the core aptitudes needed at Cathaya, and any skills that might serve them throughout their career. All of our employees have basic safety training such as fire safety and first aid, as well as mentoring and career development resources.

We help our people develop a wholistic picture of their career and provide the training ground to realize that full potential.
