Nothing happens for granted. Nor does strong team. It will not just happen by hiring qualified employees, instead, they need to be built through activities designed to bring them together, to elevate team performance.

Under the spring breeze and light drizzle, we organize outing Saturady morning. Team members can choose to bicycling or doing city-walk for 2-3 hours, formulate group communication and finally end the day with 3-hour team presentation.

Eventually it proves beneficial for team leaders to illustrate corporate strategy, for members to enhance mutual understanding and most important, enjoy personal touch & belonging with the organization.
